At Alpine Auto Service, we stand behind our work. We'll provide you with a written warranty that covers parts and labor for 18 months or 18,000 miles from the original date of repair. This is our standard warranty. Some major repairs, such as engine or transmission replacement, carry a nationwide warranty that covers your repair for 3 years or 100,0000 miles. Some parts carry a longer warranty, and if the manufacturer provides one, we'll pass that part warranty on to you, generally up to 2 years. The warranty on economy grade parts varies, but generally is 3 months or 3000 miles.
Now, while we're real sticklers for details when it comes to servicing and repairing your vehicles, we're usually not going to hold you to an absolute date or mileage. If a part fails at 19 months or 18,4000 miles, for example, we know that it shouldn't happen, so we're going to work with you to resolve that problem in a fair and equitable manner.
The important thing to remember about a warranty is that it is there to protect you in the unlikely event of a problem. By using quality parts installed by professional ASE certified technicians, our warranty returns are extremely low. That means that when you leave our shop, you can rest assured that everything possible has been done to ensure a positive outcome ... but just in case something goes wrong, we'll be here to take care of you. We'll be here today, and tomorrow. Just as we have for the past 30 years.
Fear the dreaded emissions test no more! We guarantee our emissions repairs 100%. Bring your vehicle and the failed test results papers from the Maryland Vehicle Inspection Program to us. We guarantee that we will correctly repair the problem the first time.* If we don't, then we will, at our option, perform the additional repairs needed at no charge to you, or refund the full price of the emissions related repairs that did not fix the vehicle.
